? viral infection: flu can cause such symptoms, not only pregnancy, but when did your husband have vasectomy? if several weeks or months ago, then fine, pregnancy can be excluded, if just recently and you didn't use any other method of contraception, then pregnancy may be the case, although remote. Rest, fluids, acetaminophen would help, if no improvement see your doctor, best wishes

Two main causes: If the dizziness is triggered only by standing up, it's likely to be related to an abnormal drop in blood pressure. If it's triggered by other maneuvers such as rolling over in bed, it's probably vertigo, an inner ear disturbance. Vertigo is usually perceived as a sensation of objects moving/ spinning around you. Low blood pressure-induced dizziness usually involves dimming of vision.

See a physician: You may have something as simple as a neck spasm or mild concussion, or something as serious as a small bleed. I would recommend seeing a physician as soon as possible to clarify and make sure nothing serious occurred. If it is a concussion, these symptoms can last up to a week and if lasts longer could be post concussion syndrome, still need to see a physician.

Vertigo?: On first read, the combination of dizziness (room spinning sensation, not lightheadedness) and nausea could be vertigo or labyrinthitis, the latter being due to an infection or inflammation within the inner ear that disrupts the balance mechanism therein.  If you're due for surgery, you may want the doctor to comment on this.  Shouldn't affect the surgery, but may worsen still thereafter.

Go to er: If someone has acute headache, swelling, nausea and dizziness for 24 hours, it would be well advised to immediately go to er.  It could be as simple as an infection or something more serious.  Only an exam will tell.

Side effect: Can be a side effect but I would call the doctor that prescribed this and let them know it's been a problem for you.  They will be able to offer alternatives.

No: The tramadol should be gone from your system after 24 hours - so it's more likely the underlying problem that you took the tramadol for that is causing any continued symptoms. if you took this or other opiates regularly and then stopped, it's possible for withdrawal symptoms to begin within 24 hours.

See a cardiologist : TIA in a young person is unlikely to be arrhythmia related. More concerning is evaluation for a structural heart problem such as PFO +/- atrial septum aneurysm.

Avoid weed: You may have suffered from a panic attack.  These can be exacerbated by marijuana use.
