ive drunk a small cup of distilled vinegar and i threw it up in the next 3 hours, is there anyway to cure this or is this serious?

Salt: Everything has some sodium chloride in it, and hypertensives cannot avoid it altogether. There's little in vinegar in the first place.

taking flagyl; i know no alcohol or soy sauce. can i safely eat a pickle, or bbq sauce that contains distilled vinegar as an ingredient, tho?

No problem, no worry: In fact, there is no problem with alcohol and metronidazole. That theoretical problem has been shown to not exist -- it's a persisting medical myth. Of course don't overdo it, but the occasional drink won't be a problem. There are no significant dietary restrictions for people taking metronidazole. I've never heard of a soy sauce problem.

out of these ingredients, which is most likely to cause diarrhea? "wheat flour, salt, yeast, molasses, distilled vinegar, dextrose" every time i eat crackers with these ingredients, i have multiple episodes of mushy/diarrhea-like bm's the next day.

Possible food : intolerance: I would suggest a medical allergic evaluation. You may have gluten intolerance or food intolerance. This may require formal allergy testing. For now, I advise avoiding wheat and heavily sweetened  foods. Must be investigated thoroughly.

Mgt: It should be safe, but the lavender oil is not needed. Avoid using the toys until dry.

No: Don't drink a huge amount as it may upset your stomach. 'apple cider vinegar' is one of the 'pop' remedies with some interesting possibilities. Best wishes.

Too much vinegar: Without rinsing can erode tooth enamel.

Bad Idea: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, vinegar, bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing  so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover wound with a clean dressing changed every other day  and protected from trauma.  Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infecte.

Yes: Many people will clean their wounds with a diluted mixture of white vinegar and water. The vinegar will change the ph of the wound which makes it antibacterial to some degree. Antibacterial soap(like dial) works just as well.
