Cannot stent: You prob can&#x27;t stent your mid-LAD as it is already 100% occluded.  Good that you have collaterals to feed that downstream muscle.  You should be on a statin med &amp;#40;pravastatin, etc&amp;#41; to prevent further atherosclerosis.   Add a blood pressure med like Lisinopril if you have high BP.  And use meds for angina, but only if you trigger it w/ activity.  A daily aspirin is recommended.  Any heart attacks?

: That means your cardiac symptom is likely due to coronary heart disease (a small branch of the left anterior descending artery, LAD, has significant blockage so that a small area of your heart is not perfused well with blood, i.e. ischemia, during stress). That lesion should be fixed if accessible if your symptom(s) can't be controlled with medication(s). Good luck.

Reduced blood supply: Ischemia means reduced blood supply to a part or muscle.  The LAD refers to one wall of the heart.  This means you should follow up with your doctor or a cardiologist.  You are at risk for heart disease, but it doesn't tell you how great is the risk.
