had a bartholin cyst drained about a 4 weeks ago, the dissolvable stitches are still in there. can i use a tampon without disrupting them?

Stiches: Absorbable stiches normally come out before 4 weeks.  Should be fine to use Tampon and the stiches could certainly be removed by this point I think if they bother you.

i had a bartholin cyst drained on the 11th of this month. they did marsupialization. just recently i used a tampon and i was wondering what the stitches looked like because i can see something on the area, it looks to be white and it stick out?

: Yes the stitches can be white and look like Strang or fish line. If there’s associated fever chills pain or pus this requires an examination by a physician to check for infection

i just had a bartholin gland cyst removed and stitched up and its been almost two weeks since procedure. ive tried epsom salt baths, but they aren't treating any pain along with pills. what can i do to get rid of this pain? )?

: It may be useful to talk to the doctor who performed the surgery. Sometimes the scar entraps a local nerve that makes it painful.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

See surgeon: See your surgeon. That is not normal. That wasn't a dissolvable stitch then or it's some fiber development in the tissue post-op.

MOLE follow up: YOUR DOCTOR SHOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU INSTRUCTIONS. 
ANY OVER THE COUNER ANTIBIOTIC CREAM WILL PREVENT INFECTION, BUT MANY DOCTORS NOW BELIEVE THAT RUBBING ALCOHOL IS JUST AS GOOD.
JUST KEEP IT CLEAN!
TAKE THE FIRST BANDAGE OFF CAREFULLY AFTER 24 HIURS

Should not : The length of time it takes the stitches to dissolve however will vary, and ranges from a week to six months. Most absorbable sutures used for skin closure dissolve within a month or so. Hope this helps!
