myself 31 years have white lining discharge in poop from past few months, no pain in abdomen and not any problem related to stomach.
what is the cause?

Follow guidelines: Yellow or clear mucus is present in such little amounts that the naked eye would not notice it.When stool has visible mucus, it can be a sign of bacterial infections, anal fissures, a bowel obstruction, or IBD, IBS. Food allergies, such as those associated with nuts, lactose, or gluten, can cause mucus in the stool. People should contact a doctor if a noticeable increase in mucus or blood present.

Change in bowels: Increase fibre intake --try metamucil 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day.

Where discharge?: if vaginal discharge, suggest rule out pregnancy if applicable and seek MD ASAP, as could represent possible infection. More urgent if abdominal pain/fever/blood. If rectal discharge/stool seepage, would also seek MD to find treatable causes e.g. commonly lactose intolerance from milk/milk products, diet drinks, corn syrup/high fructose/caffeine, but other causes possibly warranting workup

Can be: A small amount of mucus is normal. If there is a large or regular mount it could be a bacterial infection, fissure, bowel obstruction, or Chron's disease.  IF there is regular mucus seeing your PCP would be a good idea.

Brown discharge: this is most likely old blood in the vaginal cavity. I would have it checked out by your on/gyn next week some time. In the meantime you could cleanse the area with a vinegar and water rinse.  Feel better!
