Big difference: Disc Protrusion is when the distance between the edges of the disc herniation is less than the distance between the edges of the base. Disc Extrusion is when the distance between the edges of the disc material is greater than the distance at the base. Disc herniation may vary in severity from case to case.

I meed to know what : Symptoms u are having , this MRI finding is not consistantly symptomatic and maybe an incidental finding to which no symptoms can be attatched depends on clinical setting the thoracic spine is different  than lumbar or cervical is disase prevalence thoracic pain is most likely muscular.

No cure!: When a disc bulges, it can be normal or to the point of abnormal.  There is a weakening of the sac that hold the "jelly" inside the disc.  Neck strengthening exercises and therapy and unloading the neck from stress will help but once bulgin, i don't know if they "un-bulge".  Bulging of a disc doesn't necessarily mean you have a problem.  If the bulging encroaches on a nerve, then you have one.

May mean nothing but: Just an imaging finding meaning there is a small disc herniation in the area of the nerve root exiting the spine on the right side which could be a source of back ;/or right side radicular pain with 90% getting better non operatively or an incidental finding with no cause of symptoms.
