For what?: Aggrenox contains Aspirin (plus dipyridamole). What are you treating? It's indicated for TIA and stroke. If you're using it for heart attack prophylaxis, it hasn't been studied for that indication.

CDC Guidelines for returning to work after Covid Infection are as follows: minimum of 14 days since onset of symptoms and Fever free for 48 hours without fever reducers and other symptoms are improving. You will not be cleared to return to work until all 3 of these criteria are met, as you can still infect others. Your fever means you are still sick.

Dose dependent: Aspirin is good for mild pain, treats fever, and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent when used chronically. As the dose is increased, there is progressive issue with upset stomach and peptic ulceration. Codeine is good for moderate pain. As the dose is increased, it causes nausea and constipation. It is addicting. The drugs are combined to get a better total effect at lower doses.

Rest: Sleep better. Reduce stress.  Take electrolytes and make sure you are not dehydrated.  Also make sure you have normal... Urination and bowel movements and no vomiting.  If you have persistant headaches and other symptoms which are associated you should go see your doctor.  Sometimes your headaches are a sign of some other ailment.

Exercise: When you exercise the blood vessels dilate to provide muscles with much needed blood flow. Might just try a cool shower or getting in an air conditioned room.
