Can i take aggrenox in place of 325mg aspirin? thanks in advance.

For what?: Aggrenox contains Aspirin (plus dipyridamole). What are you treating? It's indicated for TIA and stroke. If you're using it for heart attack prophylaxis, it hasn't been studied for that indication.
