im getting lightheadedness, dizziness and dilated pupils when turning my head to the right. what could this be?

Circulatory problem: When you turn your head there might be some degree of arterial compression which can cause these symptoms, especially with the vertebral arterial circulation at the back of the spine.  You should check in with a neurologist to have this evaluated as it might progress.

baby fell off bed 3ft no side effects perfectly mobile no swelling of the head no dilated pupils,  but i feel horrible what else should  i do/ check?

Impact surface ?? : A fall into a thick padded carpet is less worrisome than a wooden floor or hard object. An infant that was not knocked out, but cried quickly & then settled may be ok. If soft spot is still open, a soft one is a good sign but a hard or bulging one is cause for worry. Any sunken in place in the skull should be evaluated.At the very least call babied doc & discuss what happened.

my son fell on the sidewalk and hit his head and now has a huge bump he seems ok but has a really bad headache and dilated pupils should i be worried?

ER - NOW: Get to the ER now. Dilated pupils not something to wait around with. Get there and get him checked out right away. Get ice on bump along the way. Frozen vegs work well. Good Luck Off you go.

my 7 yr old son was just put on adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) xr 15mg. very dilated pupils and tingly feeling in head. is this maybe a reaction from too high of a dose?

First dose? : I'm not so concerned about the pupils, but if this is how first day to days of medicine I would keep dosing and see how he does over the next day or two.  How is he acting at home? What reports do his teachers have? How is he eating?   It's hard to say much about the dose without knowing your child's weight, but this dose for his age could be ok. Followup with your doc who prescribed soon!

when i was getting into the car i accidentally bumped my head with the car door.. i have a little bump on my head with little brusing. i do not have nausea,loss of conciousness,or disorientation or dilated pupils. should i see the doctor?

Head bump: If your only symptom has been a small bump with bruising, than medical assessment is not likely warranted.

Bulging eyes?: It is impossible to say for sure, but if you have symptoms of excessive anxiety, sweating, heat intolerance, or weight loss, the neck lump and bulging eyeballs strongly suggest the presence of an autoimmune thyroid disorder

Overdose: Those are classic symptoms of overdose of a muscle relaxant, such as Soma or flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl). Narcotic ods (oxycontin, vicodin, others) produce similar symptoms, except that the pupils are typically constricted, not dilated.

i had blurred vision from my left eye. i went to the eye doctor (dilated pupils) and everything is healthy. it has happened twice. can this be ms?

What is the question: Head injuries are common.  The skull is built to resist most trauma and to protect the brain.  Nasty bumps are common, but brain injury is rare.  Repeated head trauma is not good and may end up with eventual brain damage.  Protect your head, eyes, brain from repetitive injury.
