This is normal.: It means that the liver is uniform (the same all over) and doesn't have any areas that are scarred or damaged or abnormal.

: Hypodense lesion in the liver can be a Cyst or something more serious. it depends on how well you feel. If you have no fever or pain in the abdomen, it is unlikely to be anything serious. I would recommend an Ultrasound of the liver which can tell the difference between benign cyst versus other problems like liver abscess(which will cause fever). Seek urgent medical attention if you have fever.

Get iv contrast CT: There are many reasons to have a liver mass, more often than not, they are benign, but clearly depending on past medical history,  It is difficult without contrast to differentiate these lesions, there are various ways to give intravenous contrast.  A hemangioma protocol is also known as a triphasic study, allows one to look at three phases of liver perfusion but more complex to do.

Hypodense: Hypodense is a descriptive term used by radiologists to describe an abnormality in the liver seen on a ct scan. There is no other meaning, however, okay to review with your doc. Depending on any symptoms, abnormal blood tests, your other diagnoses, and your exam your doc may want to advise you on several possibilities, such as follow up image in 3 to 6 months, a biopsy, reassurance.....

Patients should focus primarily on the interpretation, conclusion or diagnosis, usually at the end of the report. Hypodense liver: The list of causes of hypodense liver lesions is rather extensive and can be either benign or malignant.  More clinical information would be necessary.    In the absence of any underlying disease  - i would recommend close followup and perhaps maybe a liver specialist visit for possible biopsy.   Good luck

Liver neoplasm: Ask your MD if it represents a benign or malignant growth.  If the MRI is not diagnostic then you need a per cutaneous needle liver biopsy
