Hypodense lesion in the liver can be a Cyst or something more serious. it depends on how well you feel. If you have no fever or pain in the abdomen, it is unlikely to be anything serious. I would recommend an Ultrasound of the liver which can tell the difference between benign cyst versus other problems like liver abscess(which will cause fever). Seek urgent medical attention if you have fever.

Its probably a cyst which is not much to worry about. After you heal in a few few weeks have your doc address it. Probably needs follow up. Good luck
