NEED PSYCHIATRIST: This is a huge list of symptoms. You really need to be evaluated by a psychiatrist. Unclear if you have ADHD or Bipolar or both.  Need someone to evaluate you and spend more time getting information

Depression: I would suggest getting a good physical from your PCP, and further possibly referral to a psychiatrist, also getting a counselor , good job for reaching out, do not delay!

Probably not: A 'mini stroke' is stroke symptoms that last less than 24 hours and then resolves.   Also stroke symptoms usually have motor or sensation changes and one sided body symptoms.  Many things can cause confusion and changes in mentation - you really should see your doctor for a workup.

Apnea symptoms: Sleep apnea central or obstructive can cause the symptoms. The bigger issue is how the oxygen drops at night. The doctor should have that on the report. If this clears with CPAP bipap, then there should be considerable improvement. Given the  symptoms however i would also think that a general work up for causes of cognitive deficits would also be in order and your family doctor can take care of that. 20% of people with sleep apnea also have depression and if that is the case that should also be treated. Maybe this will: help........People who are ANXIOUS sometimes HYPERVENTILATE  (breathe fast) and THAT makes them feel short of breath!!! 
People who complain of "heart pain" almost NEVER have clinical heart disease!
