Some variety: Most condoms range between 0.04 - 0.06 millimeters of thickness...Not sure what your pharmacist was talking about.  There are several "ultra thin" condoms on the market that work well, supposedly have the benefit of more sensation for the male, and are considered "safe". Most important - use one!   most condoms are outside of the pharmacy area - review them and try a variety. Good question!

Reflux?: When we eat late we lie down sooner after eating. This makes it easier to reflux foods and it can be painful. Vomiting is not as common unless you are talking about belching with some regurgitation.

HPT: If you had an actual period on 4 august then you are not pregnant from 27 july. However, you mentioned that it was different. If you only had spotting, then you could be pregnant.  If  you are uncertain about pregnancy then please take a home pregnancy test. They are inexpensive, accurate and easy to obtain. Take care. P.S. Please ensure that use protection if you elect to be sexually active.

tried 2 different cough medicines a few days apart and both caused me to throw up this has never happened to me before is this normal???. i can't drink water,gingerale, ect without being sick i also can't eat without being sick?

Occasionally: Sodium levels in the 120 range are abnormal and can be caused by losing sodium or retaining too much water or by certain glandular abnormalities like Addison's disease or inappropriate ADH (vasopressin) secretion. Your hyponatremia can be corrected by reducing fluid intake, receiving sodium chloride or taking cortisone. An endocrinologist is best qualified to answer this question,however.

how does 0.1 mg florinef (fludrocortisone)  work differently or similarly to 1 tsp salt in gatorade?   and wil florinef (fludrocortisone) retain as much sodium as the sodium in gatorade?

Complicated: That is a complicated answer. Florinef (fludrocortisone) is a mineralocorticoid ( a steroid) that prevents loss of sodium into the urine. So if you are prescribed Florinef (fludrocortisone) you likely have a salt losing kidney issue. So if you in fact do have that problem the salt that you take in will be excreted into the urine and will not help expand your blood volume.

Colace (docusate sodium): Personally i see no problem in taking colace (docusate sodium) on a long term basis.

how is a mineral oil enema different from a fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate)?

Simple!: Enemas are used to help cleanse the rectum and left colon.  Mineral oil enemas are simply that - mineral oil in water.  It functions to lubricate and stimulate the rectum to help evacuate stool.  Fleet's enemas are made from sodium phosphates, and the salt load stimulates the bowel to secrete fluid causing a diarrhea effect.  Fleets are a few ounces as opposed to mineral oil which is 2 quarts.

is diclofenac sodium 3% just stronger than diclofenac sodium 1% or a different drug altogether? are both good for rheumatoid arthritis pain?

: Same NSAID but one is indeed more concentrated than other.  Diclofenac can be used externally or systemically, and could indeed help with pain management.  Check with your doctor, as to how often to use and where to apply.  Rheumatoid arthritis is complex, and this drug may not be sufficient to control your issues.
