Possibly: These are two separate viruses and having had infection with one does not provide you immunity against the other. There is a vaccine that could protect you if you have not had measles. It is a nasty disease in childen or adults.

See your DR.: This sounds like a problem that needs to be seen by a Dr either in person or on telemedicine. History including age of the patient and previous medical problems as well as other findings including throat, tongue and fingernails are important to determine the cause. Make sure to keep this person isolated until a diagnosis is made so that it cannot spread to others.

No: All of these viruses are detected by individual blood tests.  A separate one is needed for each.

Viral Exanthem: This is not a specific disease. It is a virus with an exanthem (rash) an a fever. Few days of supportive care with fluids, acetaminophen/iburofen and should be good as new. The lesions may not be contagious but the virus surely is.

my daughter is 11 and had her mmr immunizations.  she was diagnosed with chickenpox on 11 august 2016, german measles on 19 september 2017 and now 11 september 2018 she has a rash again, not yet diagnosed. can it be a children's disease again?

Possibly: Studies show that MMR in a single dose is effective in protecting 80% with a second dose, usually given here at 4-5 bring that protection up to 95%. MMR does not protect against chickenpox, although a vaccine is available. Rashes are common to many viral illnesses, not just the ones in the vaccine. If there are many unimmunized kids in the region the chances of getting such CHD increases.

Some basics: About 5-15% of kids given the MMR &amp; V will have fever 39.4c or higher 6-12 days after the vaccine. It is not unexpected or particularly worrisome as it indicated a reaction by the immune system. Any fever that occurs prior to this interval may represent an illness to which the child was exposed that has finally emerged. I would handle the fever with supportive care &amp; report the reaction to her doc

Possibly: Measles is a separate condition from German measles. You can't have either twice but a breakthrough case after a single dose of MMR is possible. Measles is a much harsher illness than German measles with temperatures often reaching 40C  for several days and a potential for a measles pneumonia.

Shots? Infection?: I hope that you are writing about getting both the varicella (chicken pox) and MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) injections at the same time, which is certainly ok.  These two shots are given either the same day, or otherwise, at least one month apart.  They are both live vaccines by the way.  If you have both infections as the same time, that would be quite unusual. Most have gotten the shots already.

These 2 illnesses: both have rashes associated with them. However, the rashes look nothing alike. Chickenpox starts as red raised bumps, which then blister and then scab. The measles rash is flat red spots and slightly raised red spots, that sometimes are joined together, but not blistering. If you suspect that you or your child has either, you should contact your/their doctor to be examined.
