See below: Aspirin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaids), but differs from most other nsaids in the mechanism of action. Though it, and others in its group called the salicylates, have similar effects (antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic) to the other nsaids and inhibit the same enzyme cyclooxygenase, Aspirin (but not the other salicylates) does so in an irreversible manner.

Aspirin: Panadol is tylenol or acetaminophen. 
It is used for pain and fever only.
Aspirin can be used for pain but it has anti-inflmmatory qualities that could help with swelling, pain, and fever.

the so called "baby aspirin" is a 65 mg tablet.  Regular Aspirin is anywhere from 325 to 1000 mg.

Effect on baby: Aspirin and Ibuprofen are related anti-inflammatory pain medicines.  They should be avoided in pregnancy, especially in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters because they can close an important valve in the baby's heart.  This valve normally closes at the time of birth which is why they can be taken post-partum. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever that does not have this effect on the baby and is safe in pregnancy.

Two different meds: Aspirin belongs to the family of non-steroidal antiinflammatory medications that are know to be fever reducers, pain relievers, and inflammation killers. Paracetamol is a stand alone medication in its class and works as a fever reducer and a pain killer. Their mechanism of action is different. Both can work on headache and fever and can be used alternatively. Aspirin is known to irritate GI tract.

Vfib: Patients with ventricular fibrillation usually become unconscious or dead very quickly. A heart attack patient could have Vfib but more often has pain and other symptoms and is not unconscious if perfusion is adequate. Vfib implies very poor to no perfusion.

Short answer: Would be no. It is all based on a well established pattern. If no changes previously, sudden appearance of skin changes should not be attributed to meds only. If changes to the “normal bruising” established on the drugs, something else is likely to happen from a new drug or interaction to an acute condition.

Avoid caffeine and chocolate.

Drugs: Aspirin poisons the blood platelets and interferes with platelet dependent coagulation. Heparin is an injectable drug that interferes with clotting. Warfarin is an oral drug which poisons an enzyme which blocks prothrombin production which blocks clotting.
