What are the major differences between aspirin, heparin and warfrin?

Drugs: Aspirin poisons the blood platelets and interferes with platelet dependent coagulation. Heparin is an injectable drug that interferes with clotting. Warfarin is an oral drug which poisons an enzyme which blocks prothrombin production which blocks clotting.
