High: Basophil count is below 0.3%. I'm assuming you are referring to percentage of cells. Increased numbers are seen in a variety of conditions including allergic reactions, infections, endocrine disorders, intestinal inflammatory diseases, iron deficiency, malignancies of white blood cells, etc.

Lots of things!: Realize that the "count" of different types of wbc's (white blood cells) is based on a total of 100.  So anything that shifts one way or the other affects everything else.  For instance - if you have a bacterial infection and your neutrophils are high (80) - everything else will be "low".  Basophils of 6 is a minor elevation.  But....In general - inflammation, increased estrogen, asthma, sinusitis.

Thanks for asking!: Increased basophil count is associated with many pathologic conditions, including: allergic reactions (drug, food), inflammation (ulcerative colitis, arthritis), endocrinopathy (diabetes, hypothyroidism), infection (chicken pox, small pox, tb, influenza), iron deficiency anemia, radiation exposure, myeloproliferative disorders, basophilic leukemia...Etc.

Lymphocytosis: You have an absolute lymphocytosis. Multiply the white count by the lymphocyte percentage.  In your case 20, 000 x .67=13, 400.  Any lymphocyte count over 5, 000 is an absolute lymphocytosis.  It needs to be evaluated by a hematologist.  One would consider a cheonic lymphocytic leukemia.  But the first thing to do is repeat the test.  Lab error?  If not, you need peripheral flow cytometry.

No: The high eosinophils could go along with drug sensitivity or other allergy, or parasitic infection.

Blood cells: These are types of white blood cells, part of the immune system. Basophils are present in very low concentrations, so it would be very unusual to have too low a basophils count. But granulocytes are the most predominant wbc, abd can be low for many reasons. Too many to enumerate here, but medications, certain problems such as lupus, etc. A hematologist can help.
