Phew: Hard to answer in this space. Would refer to wikipedia for more. These are different types of white cells in the blood and their relative levels give us clues to underlying disease. Example, neutrophils are elevated in acute infection such as sepsis and we like to watch it return to normal with treatment. Eosinophils are elevated in atopic dermatitis and drug reactions.
