Depends: Depends on the circumstances and the results of examination and testing performed in the ER. It's not a given.

See below: It's extremely unlikely that a clogged vena cava filter would result in a heart attack, which is a result of clogged arteries in the heart not veins. I haven't heard of hep c causing leg ulcers. But if you have severe vein disease which is quite possible with a clogged filter, then open ulcers in your legs is very possible. These are called venous stasis ulcers. You should see a vascular surgeon.

for the last 4 days my left arm has felt kind of tingly and when i get the chills its only my left side. my leg kind of feels the same. i have a panic disorder which is making it worse. can a heart attack last days with that symptom?

Highly unlikely...: With a history of Panic Disorder the tingly symptoms could be associated. However,  it is highly unlikely that one is having a heart attack. Best to see PCP for a good medical Evaluation and management and talk with the Psychologist/ Psychiatrist to sort out other issues. At 28 y/o there is so much life to live that Panic Attacks should not get on One's way.

Only: If during the heart attack, there was hypoxemia of the other side brain, otherwise look for distal nerve damage or back issue. Good luck!

Not typically: Without any more information its difficult to opine. Your symptoms are not typical of a heart attack. Old age, diabetes and female gender sometimes  present with atypical presentation. I will advice to seek medical attention asap if this is a new symptom presentation.

No to the heart: This is not related to the heart... you do not have a heart attack.... at the present time these short episodes of numbness do not last long and you do not have any other symptoms ... it may may be secondary to temporary decrease in blood flow due to abnormal posturing... if the episodes recur and last several days at the time... t hen, you may ask your doctor. Get examination: If the heart attack is due to clogged arteries, peripheral arteries can have the same problem. Have your legs examined as you could be having what they call claudication.

if someone does of a heart attack with diabetes 2 and had swollen legs from a fall, could that have been the cause?

Need more info: Heart attacks occur for multiple reasons. Diabetes can affect the coronary circulation and cause blockages. Swollen legs could indicate congestive heart failure or even blood clots in the legs which could travel to effect the lungs and the heart. Even bruising of the heart from a fall could set up abnormal heart rythms which might lead to a heart attack.

right shoulder blade (about an inch down) pain which leads to right arm and right leg numbness/ tingling.  sometime jaw locks up.  occurs everyday from 5-6am & 9-12pm.  doctors say its not a stroke or heart attack.  diagnosed with musle spasm.

Shoulder and leg pai: It certainly could be muscle spam but if it does not get better you may benefit from evaluation by a specialist and x-rays of your neck.
