: Sudden discontinuation of sedatives or tranquilizers does have risks of withdrawal reactions and seizures similar to alcohol but usually, there has been high dosing over many months or even years.  Slow tapering under a doctor's supervision should be relatively uneventful.

Increase of sedation: Cetirizine is a sedating antihistamine and when added to diazepam/valium (a hypnotic) can compound the effect of sedation. If just 2-3x the usual dose may not cause much more than prolonged sedation, but if excessive od of diazepam and cause respiratory depression/low oxygen which may trigger hypoxic injury to your brain/heart. Be carefull, be safe, take meds only as given. Consult doc. Good luck.

: Would seriously doubt any statistical risk for withdrawal seizures using the excellent titration scenario described.

Discuss with DR: Hello. I hope that you are working hand in hand with your prescribing provider. Lexapro (escitalopram) can sometimes have less side effects than Prozac -so that is an option you can discuss with your physican. F you stop Prozac or other ssri's cold turkey it can cause discontinuation syndrome.  Take care.

Yes: Yes, doxycycline and diazepam can be used together. Perioral dermatitis is a very frustrating skin condition. Take your medicine as prescribed, avoid putting any products on your face, wash with only  water and avoid topical steroids on the face.
