i was ill 3 months ago when traveling to central europe. symptoms were diarrhea, fever, and headache which became worse when bending over or coughing. now i have daily tension headaches and my stool is frequently sticking to the toilet.

See a doctor.: New onset of daily headaches is worrying in anybody!  The cause may or may not be related to your trip to Europe though. It is important to see a doctor right away.  Go to an ER now to be sure that a serious cause of headaches is not present requiring immediate treatment. Good luck!

Puzzled: Menstrual periods as described should not happen while on implanon - a gynecologist needs to look into this phenomenon.

Influenza: All your symptoms sound like the flu.  I think that this infection right after your recent tonsillectomy is purely coincidental.  Use otc medications for the symptoms.  Feel better!

Many possibilities: This can be infection, inflammatory bowel disease, tumors, ulcer disease, etc.  If evaluation is in progress would advise being patient. Sometimes getting all the evidence necessary to confirm a diagnosis takes time.  Good luck and get better.

Coincident: I think that the two are not related since there are no causes for for fever. You may have sinus infection .It is best to see doctor for better eval. And treatment.

VIRAL INFECTION: Fever and headache in a 7 year old is almost always the result of a viral infection.  The normal period for these symptoms to last is about 7 to 10 days.  If there is no pain in the ear or pus in the nose, symptomatic treatment with tylenol (acetaminophen) or another anti-inflammatory drug is appropriate.  If the symptoms last longer than 10 to 14 days, please consult your pediatrician.

Infection?: Sounds as if you may be developing a viral illness, but without more information, hard to tell.  Drink plenty of clear liquids, rest, take Aspirin or acetaminophen, and if you get much worse see your family doctor.
