I was ill 3 months ago when traveling to central europe. symptoms were diarrhea, fever, and headache which became worse when bending over or coughing. now i have daily tension headaches and my stool is frequently sticking to the toilet.

See a doctor.: New onset of daily headaches is worrying in anybody! The cause may or may not be related to your trip to Europe though. It is important to see a doctor right away. Go to an ER now to be sure that a serious cause of headaches is not present requiring immediate treatment. Good luck!
