i started having pain in my chest area under my left breast, sharp pain and in my back a week ago after each time i ate anything. antacids gave me relief. now those symptoms are accompanied with nausea, diarrhea, fatigue and constant back pain.

Many Causes: There are many things that could be causing your symptoms.  since your symptoms are getting worse, I would be a good idea to consult your physician.

No logical reason: This makes little sense to me and you may need a food diarrhea, of course, improperly prepared or incomplete cooking may result in bacterial contamination of the chicken.

No: ...Although it is normal for breastfed baby's stool to be quite loose.  Rule of thumb: if the weight gain is appropriate, it isn't diarrhea no matter what you find in the diaper, or how often.

BRAT: While pregnant or breast feeding certain medications may not be safe.  Here are some non-pharmacutical things you can try at home that are safe during breast feeding.  Be a brat.  Try bananas, rice, apple sauce, and toast.  These foods help 'bulk up' the stool and may help you with your diarrhea.

Newborn poop: Newborn poop is very watery and should soak right in to the diaper, especially if she is breast feeding.  It can be explosive, very liquid and happen a dozen times a day.  This is not diarrhea, this is normal newborn poop for a 3 day old. No need to take to doctor for this. Talk to doc at next appointment about what to expect for normal stools in the first few months of life.

Abdominal Pain: Symptoms as described are consistent with a gastroenteritis  which may be self limited. See your doctor for further evaluation.

Could be normal: you didn't mention how old your child is.
Breast milk stools are always loose and range from green to yellow. Their color can be influenced by your diet but rarely is it a problem. If she,s nursing well and is content, then don't worry about color variation. If she becomes fussy and suddenly increases stool volume, then you may want to consult your doctor

Ovaries : If you still have your ovaries these symptoms likely related to them.  You likely would have had these symptoms prior to your hysterectomy.
