Yes, see Peds: Diarrhea can be an indicator of food intolerance / allergy. Hives are almost always due to allergic trigger in this age group. See your pediatrician asap to start determining what the cauase is.

Medical help: You neeed to see a doctor, both of you, if you have had diarrhea for that long. The hives can be from anything your taking to stop the diarrhea to the bug causing the illness itself.

Gi and skin reaction: That pattern can be suggestive of a true food allergy or toxic reaction.  You should see an allergist and/or gastroenterologist to sort this out.  It can help to keep a food symptom diary daily which may identify specific food allergens to help guide testing if needed.

Yes: Having one allergy can make it more likely to have other allergies. It would be a good idea to have him seen by an allergist and tested to see to what else he might be allergic.
Though allergic children tend to have multiple allergies, being allergic to more than 3-4 non-cross reacting foods is rare. History is primary, skin test confirmatory. Consult an allergist for diagnosis and management.

If he's been unable: to keep any fluids or meds down for 2 days,he is dehydrated,needs IV fluids and should go to theER for a work up and treatment.Dehydration occurs rapidly with recurrent vomiting and diarrhea.

i've broken out in what i think are hives on my legs. i had diarrhea earlier and i just dry heaved. so i want to know if i can take three benadryl (diphenhydramine)?

Yes: Read the label and know the potential adverse effects of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) before using.  Recommend starting with 50mg dose and can repeat 3-4hrs later if needed.  Hives in association with new diarrhea are almost certainly a result of the immune response to infection and should clear up shortly.  If they return after Benadryl (diphenhydramine), consider longer acting, newer-generation antihistamine such as cetirizine.

Unfortunately no: Not for now at least, if the history is truly suggestive of the symptoms and there is temporal relationship between consuming milk or dairy and the appearance of symptoms. You need to avoid all triggers, kindly an allergist for evaluation and follow up, keep an antihistaminic and probably epinephrine pen handy. Your allergist might run some blood tests, you may eventually outgrow this condition,
