Possible infection: An occasional problem in the outflow bleb from a trabeculectomy is infection.  The tobra/dex drop would be helpful for that.  It is not used for hypotony.  Perhaps your  ophthalmologist (you are not seeing an optometrist for this I hope) wants to sterilize the area for an invasive procedure to increase the pressure.  Best to ask what is happening.

No: Antibiotics are not indicated as pink eye is a viral infection. Steroid eye drops can help symptoms but are usually not needed as the condition will clear on its own.

See below: Your studies are normal. This means you do not have excess cortisol- cushing's syndrome. You do do need excess cortisol to be bipolar.

use systane ultra several times a day and on eyedrop antibiotic tobramycin dexameth. can drops go into your sinus affect nasal and give a bad taste? sinuses are draining due to excessive tearing from eye issue?

Naso-Lacrymal duct: The eye fluids normally drain into the nose through the nasolacrymal duct that starts at the inner end of the eye and drains into the nose. From the nose it can drain into the throat. So any drops added into the eye can affect the nasal mucosa and be tasted by reaching the throat. It would be prudent to see a doctor for a more effective treatment for the eye issue.

Improving UTI: Tough question.  Your tremors are likely due to resolution of your complicated infection.  Sometimes, certain bacteria release toxins which can cause rigors, or bad shakes.  It isn't uncommon for patients over 70 to not have fever associated with rigors.

i have here cipro clindamycin dexamet and albuterol. what can i take now? i cant leave immunosuppressed. please help

Hang tight: Let your doc know about your symptoms. Hydration will be key, smell and taste changes are typical and transient, fatigue is also expected. None of the meds you have enumerated are known to help. Watch your breathing!
