No: It means that you had a portable chest x-ray which always magnifies the size of the heart.

Many Options: Angiography, nuclear stress test, coronary calcium screen, or cardiac ct angiography involve some radiation.
Echocardiogram- great for heart structure/function/valves.
Treadmill stress test- good for functional capacity, prognosis.
Holter - heart rhythm problems.
Mri-  great; limited availability
a coronary calcium scan does have low radiation, but can be helpful in for presence of atherosclerosis.

Both: It tells you both structure and rythm, but it meant to evaluate for structure, measuring ejection fraction in each heart beat and evaluate pressure gradient in all four chambers. Ekg tells you rhythm.

Catheterization : A site is numbed over the groin or radial artery. A catheter is introduced and passed under fluoroscopy to the heart where measurements and pictures are recorded. When done catheter removed, wound closed and patient recovered.

: Is the BP higher on one arm that the other?  If higher on right arm ask about coarctation of the aorta but CT should have shown that if they were looking for it?

?: I know we've spoken before: I still question your DX of EAT. Here's a reference: http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/898784-overview. The rhythm doesn't generally degenerate into any more serious rhythm disturbance but does require treatment if  persistent. Have you had an electrophysiologic consultation?

Reversible: We use the terminology with respect to nuclear perfusion images of the heart muscle. When there is an image defect that does not fill in on follow up imaging, we call this nonreversible or fixed. It usually suggests scar of the myocardium rather than temporary decrease in blood flow to the area.
