Not necessarily: They are different compounds with differing effects.  However, anyone with an allergy to one med is at higher risk to be allergic to another.  Going on and off meds repeatedly may sensitive you to a medication.

Cause for insomnia?: Referral (possibly to psychiatrist) for thorough evaluation of your insomnia might be the smartest request you could make.  It's better than asking for more medicines when it's not clear "why" you're having this problem.  If you're still taking vyvanse (as on your other info), this may be related.  Ambien (zolpidem) can indeed result in feeling "weird" -- also doing odd things at night after taking it.

Sertraline,Trazodone: Sertraline is a medication for depression in SSRI group.
Trazodone is  a medication for depression in Tricyclic group. It can have  cardiac side effects including Bundle Branch Block.
Both medications can affect sleep. Trazodone is more likely to give sleep.
Benadryl is a medication for Allergy. It is not a Sleep medication.
See a psychiatrist and a cardiologist for side effects and cardiac status

am currently 5 weeks pregnant. can i continue taking trazodone 50mg or, if not, what can i use instead? i also use them to sleep. if i dont take at night, i battle to sleep. also, what can i use for hayfever (i get allergies in my sinus and chest)
