Having babies at: later age (&gt;35) can increase complications around birthting time, or prolonged labor, failure to descend, infections, placenta previa and a few other things such as preeclampsia.  Low birth weight is also an issue.  But under the age of 35, there has not been any studies that have shown there is a difference with those factors.  As long as you keep yourself healthy and free of harmful substances.

A great luxury...: If grandparents are nearby and can help out, that is a great luxury. Some even move-in to help, but that is not always available or possible. Whenever mom/dad must go away for long periods, it is always difficult, so a helping hand is of tremendous value. Grandparents often help, but it is not their duty/responsibility. So, i suggest asking/talking to them for help with a solution. Good luck.

Treating rosacea varies depending on severity and subtypes.

Sluggish gall bladde: This is a hypotonic gall bladder. Having any sludge in the gall bladder is bad as it sets up gall bladder inflammation. I would not delay any operation as its usually worse to have the surgery if its inflammed.
