Do you mean dermoid: If you have a dermoid cyst / ovary and if it is large enough - greater than 5 cm then it needs removed.  
There is no medication to remove / resolve this condition.  
It also is not responsible for your absent periods because the other ovary can /should be functioning well.

There are hundreds of types, but the most familiar is the common epidermoid inclusion / "sebaceous" cyst under the skin. Privately i think many of these start with bug bites, but nobody's proved it. They leak!: Cysts are invagination of skin --a pocket of skin folded inside out. What normally sloughs off is now collecting in this "sock". It will periodically leak. If it's a *slow* leak, nothing happens and the cyst collapses, and 'goes away'. Then over time, this pocket recollects the content again, and it comes back.

Calcified cyst: Are you referring to breast cysts with calcified walls?  I'm not exactly sure, maybe some inflammatory reaction of the cyst wall.  What I do know is that calcified cysts are a radiologist's best friend on mammography...easy to see, and 100% benign.
