None interact with: injection, which is a small amount of drug in one spot and not everywhere.
Frankly, the slight risk is the meloxicam (aspirin like drugs potentially increasing the bleeding risk of the injection).
then there are separate issues about the safety of narcotics/tylenol/etc cannot say in your particular case, but generally, safe.

Depo medrol (methylprednisolone): For what condition? and where was it injected?

Discuss with your doctor.

Blood flow to an area,exercise, metabolism, other medications  are factors that could affect  the functional effect of an injection. If it was for arthritis in a joint , whether it was injected into the joint or in the tissue surrounding the joint will affect the length of  the effect.

Depends on what for!: It truly depends on what you are injecting it for.  Some joints injections last long time.  Carpal rtunnel, months. Nerve block, may be years if first successful.  Can't really say unless specific problem is stated.

Just a shot: Getting a shot is never pleasant but all of us have had shots before. Kids get vaccine shots all the time and do fine. An IM shot would not be given through clothes as that would not be sterile.

Depends: If the flu is already active in your area, a shot may be the best thing you can do right now to reduce your risk. However, it is likely not to give you the best protection since the steroid interferes with immune function. I usually wait 30 days or just repeat the flu shot then to give the best protection.

Usually no issue: Technically yes, steroids decrease an immune response, but it is usually not an issue when you are generally healthy and taking care of yourself in terms of healthy diet, rest, exercise, etc.

Physical therapy: Intense physical therapy is the next step. That may sound like it would hurt more than help, but nothing is further from the truth. A properly supervised therapy program including stretching, range of motion, heat or ultrasound therapy and strengthening may be more curative long term than the shots anyway. Occasionally, surgery is needed if nothing else is helping.
