Will a 120mg 3ml depo medrol im shot in the buttocks be painful? will it be given with my briefs under the gown,or without my briefs under the gown?

Just a shot: Getting a shot is never pleasant but all of us have had shots before. Kids get vaccine shots all the time and do fine. An IM shot would not be given through clothes as that would not be sterile.
