Different signs: Usually the dentist needs to tell you.  Even if you have  a graft it is possible that small particles of bone would escape the site and seem like failure.  The dentist is the best one to answer this for you.

Rarely any: Bone itself has no nerve innervation, so it is simply a matter of the graft stimulating new bone growth.  Rare to have complications.

Shouldn't fall out: Bone particles aren't suppose to fall out. They act as a scaffold to allow you bone to grow into the socket, helping maintain bone width and height for implant placement. If you feel gritty particles in your mouth, call your surgeon.

Should be OK: Not a dentist, but there is no orthopedic literature suggesting that alcohol inhibits bone healing. Moderate drinking should be fine. Tobacco does have negative effects on bone healing.

See your dentist: Call the dentist that did your surgery and ask these questions.  They will make sure you are healing  as normally as possible.

Noside effects: You had surgery. May take some tome to recover. Or you may feel "off" for a myriad of other reasons. Coming down with a cold, for example.

Not really: Your plans may change in the future, so it is better to preserve as much bone as possible should you change your mind. Even if you never change your mind, it's always best to have as much bony support as possible.

None from the bone: According to the cdc, there has been no documented transmission of disease by bone allografts used in dentistry in the last 30 years. Once the bone graft is placed in the patient's mouth it may be susceptible to infection by contamination with the patients bacteria and other factors. I have used bone allografts for the last 21 years without disease transmission.
