â€¢	frequent or persistent cough or wheezing.
â€¢	refusing to eat or difficulty eating and swallowing  gagging with feeding).
â€¢	heartburn, gas, abdominal pain, or episodes offrequent crying and fussiness.
Certain dietary triggers also may contribute to gerd, including such as overeating and drinking carbonated beverages. Your daughterâ€™s diagnosis gerd may also be caused by a gastrointestinal virus that is causing her symptoms of both vomiting and diarrhea.  Please follow up with her primary care physician for a more detailed assessment of her symptom history and her growth.

Hematologist ...: Dehydration is probably not the answer. Rising Hemoglobin &amp; Hematocrit indicate you are probably making more Red Blood cells than Normal. The Hematologist  is who you need to resolve you questions fastest.

Ability and desire: Decreased mobility (ability or desire to get fluids) and decreased thirst mechanism. Because of decreased physiologic reserves they are more easily injured by dehydration.  That is, an elderly person may become mildly dehydrated then become more demented or wobbly or suffer kidney damage whereas a young person might have no symptoms at all.

hi. male and 40. couldn't orgasm tonight.  recently went to er for uti and dehydration. on bactrim, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) trazedone, and prozac. do these drugs cause this?

Possible: Both Prozac (fluoxetine) and Trazodone can cause decreased libido as side effects. You are taking two antidepressants. Not clear why this is necessary. Suggest you discuss with prescribing doctor to review these meds and consider lower dose(s). I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Dehydration: Depending on how severe and what caused the dehydration.  Fluids are the treatment of choice.  If due to diarrhea or vomiting, often fluids like pediasure, gatorade, etc can help replace vital salts that are lost.  If very severe, go to the emergency room for full evaluation.
