: Balloon catheter sinuplasty is used to to restore patency to the maxillary, sphenoid, or frontal sinuses, especially the maxillary sinus, to treat chronic rhinosinusitis. I am not sure what you mean by aerosinusitis.

No: I am not sure what you mean by aero-sinusitis type 2 or 3.  But if you have air-fluid levels in the sinuses by X-ray, then flying may seriously aggravate your symptoms.  You already have told us that so you already know it may cause pain.  So see an ENT doctor for treatment.

Sinusitis: I would have the sinusitis treated first and then when you feel comfortable then resume flying.  Also consider chewing gum during the flight to balance inner ear pressure.

: Bundle up. Your body is a metabolic furnace that loses the heat it makes to the environment. If you bundle (lots of clothing+ blankets) you can prevent heat loss &amp; retain much of what you produce. There are specific heat retaining blankets available at survivalist stores but bundling with what's available at home may do. Many communities open warming centers when severe cold is predicted.

i will be 41 in june and i have been thinking about death and i keep counting the years i have left and its really bringing me down. is this normal?

Not entirely: You are going through what is commonly called mid-life crisis and you are depressed. Please see your doctor as there are effective treatments to deal with depression. Exercise may be the last thing you want to do, but regular exercise is as good as medication for depression. See your friends and family you trust as social interactions will improve your mood. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

my sister committed suicide from a drug/alcohol overdose. i know it depends on the drug(s) & amount of alcohol. would this been a painful death?

For obvious reasons: We don't wish to opine on means of suicide in a public forum. This question would best be asked of the coroner who consulted, or your own personal physician. Every suicide is painful, if not for the victim, then to varying degrees by the survivors. Best wishes.

uncooked cookie dough is bad and not recommended to eat due to potential salmonella and death but is accidentally undercooked cookies just as bad? or does the risk become less the longer its cooked?

No risk, no worry: First, if uncooked cookie dough is properly handleted (i.e. refrigerated after mxing and before cooking), there is no risk for salmonella or any other infection. Undercooked cookies are no risk with such properly mixed or refrigerated dough. Second, even if contaminated with salmonella or other bacteria, even undercooked cookies would probably kill the bacteria. This is nothnig to worry about!

Epidemiology is How: In medicine we use our best efforts to project the future by looking at the past.  This is NOT always an accurate methodology since many variables exist.  The estimates that we presently have take into account many assumptions which also may not be true.  The estimates given are an "educated guess" at best and will likely change as more information is obtained.  Don't worry about the numbers now.
