No: I am not sure what you mean by aero-sinusitis type 2 or 3. But if you have air-fluid levels in the sinuses by X-ray, then flying may seriously aggravate your symptoms. You already have told us that so you already know it may cause pain. So see an ENT doctor for treatment.
