It does not: However, too much paracetamol (acetaminophen, "tylenol") will destroy the liver and cause death in a few days.  This is common. There is one very famous case in which a beginning physician foolishly prescribed intravenous paracetamol in a dose similar to what one would take by mouth, and this led to a death.  Don't exceed recommended dose by any route.

I don't know the: cause of your headache. Have you tried Nonsteroidal anti inflammatory medicine such as motrin? It may be helpful. If worst headache of life or it is becoming chronic - would have it assessed. Take care.

Paracetamol/Tylenol: No, taking Paracetamol at the recommended doses has not been shown to increase the risk for pregnancy loss or birth defects. You should ask your doctor how much Paracetamol you should be taking.  The maximum recommended dose of 4 grams (4000mg) in one day.

Fevers &amp; paracetamol: Paracetamol works in the brain to stop any and all fevers. Of course it may only reduce fever, if the temp is very high. The medicine takes about 45 min to work and should last for 3 to 4 hours.  Causes of fever are many-- usually it is the body's response to an "insult" such as infection. In the Philippines I would worry about infections such as dengue. Usually there r good clues 2 the diagnosis.

Could be anything: Headaches could be due to simple viral infections or major brain tumours. It is difficult to say without more information and examination. 
It could be a tension headache, a viral infection, migraines, due to poor eyesight, meningitis or a haemorrhage. In short you need to see a Dr who will take a history and perform an examination, if needed you will be referred for a CT scan as well.

Paracetamol: That has been in your car for several months may not be effective. Giving warm fluids with paracetamol will improve absorption and raise the level higher sooner. The medication in your car, I would not use. All the best.

Intestine: What you are experiencing as vibration is likely to be the movement of gas in the intestine. A second possibility is muscular contraction of the pelvic muscles. Such a sensation is usually not a cause for concern.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i accidentally overdosed (10 x 500 mg) from expired paracetamol (01/2016) last saturday (03/04/17). what should i do ? will it cause any liver damage

No : 5 grams of acetaminophen once will not cause liver damage unless you are very small, use heavy amounts of it daily, are a heavy alcohol drinker, or have preexisting liver damage. Hopefully this wasn't intentional, as it is hard to take that much at once. If concerned, have levels checked. Good luck!

Doctor can examine: Most people have a headache at some time, such as from colds and flus, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at school, etc... Several over-the-counter options include Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve, Excedrin, and their generic brands. A severe headache, recurrent or persistent headache, weird headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms should be checked by one's doctor.

Paracetamol.: Paracetamol/acetaminophen does not cause weight gain withl ong term use. Make sure you do not use excessive each time. More than 4 grams a day will damage the liver irreversibly. Low dose is generally the safest analgesic.
