No: Your stomach acids would protect you. In any event ingesting a small fruit fly shouldn't do any harm as far as infection or toxicity are concerned.

Pest control: Sounds like you have a pest infestation problem that can lead to multiple health problems, incl. but not limited to, cellulitis (subcutaneous skin infection). After calling pest control, call your doctor and schedule a physical exam to determine if you need further treatment. Good luck!

FLuids: Flat lemonade, juice 1:5 diluted with water, sports drinks or commercial electrolyte solutions from your pharmacy can all be helpful fluids to take in this circumstance.  For babies breastmilk or formula is also very good.

Cimex lectularius: bed bug is a parasite that is nocturnal. It can be transported on your clothing, luggage, second hand furniture etc. You can even get it using public transportation. It can go up to a year without feeding, so that allows it to just sit and wait until it catches a ride on something or someone. If you live in an apartment complex it may move from one unit to another. It is an insidious problem.

No: Alcohol is an irritant to the GI tract and can make the GI symptoms worse.

Dark urine: Darkening of the urine is usually caused by dehydration (concentrated urine) or staining from supplements (orange drinks) or medications.  Occassionally, small amounts of blood can give the urine a dark or tea colored appearance, a condition which should be evaluated by your physician immediately.
