Don't Really Know: Have spent a bunch of time researching your question and can find no good answer.  It is reported to improve renal function in some patients and there are many testimonials to its benefits.  However, the peer reviewed medical literature is a bit sparse on the subject.  Before doing anything, i would strongly recommend you talk with your kidney doctor.

No: I would strongly advise you against swimming or taking a bath. On the other hand if you cover your catheter exit site with plastic wrap and tape you can take a shower.

It acts: As a means by which you can take blood out, run it through the machine (acting as the kidneys) and returning it to the body.  It connects blood in the artery to the vein in a way that can be repeatedly punctured with a needle but is also low enough pressure that it won't bleed.

Clean & Squeeze: Dialysis is both about cleaning (dialysis) the blood of toxins and squeezing (ultra-filtering) excess fluid out. Both functions are done constantly in patients with normal function. 
If too much fluid is removed. Patients can feel dizzy at the end of treatment.  During the treatment, the blood pressure will drop, alerting the staff to decrease fluid removal.

: This is definitely a discussion to have with your nephrologist (kidney specialist).  Some dialysis patients can tolerate low dose viagra.  It depends on other medications, and other health problems you may have, if viagra would be safe and effective.

Possibly: If patient is on dialysis, we assume there is little functional kidney left, but kidneys, ureters, and bladder may still develop cancer, especially if patient is a smoker.  It should be investigated.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Yes, Amino Acids can be given on dialysis.  Unfortunately medicare will not cover it.  Usually it is reserved for patient's with a low albumin.  There is not good data about improving outcomes other than Albumin levels.
