Yes: If i understand correctly, you have known hepatitis c that has progressed to cirrhosis, had an abnormal ast/alt, bilirubin high, Albumin low last month, and all are normal this month. Will assume lab did not switch sample. Hepatitis c is a chaotic disease prone to exacerbate / remit & some medication may be the actual cause of last month's problem. How do you feel? Rx you, not the numbers!

Historic test: Matthew, the LDH isoenzyme test is ancient history, almost never ordered nowadays. And your LDH is normal. The old 1-2 ratio is an antique screen for a heart attack, and it's neither sensitive nor specific. I know you're obsessing over the idea that you have lymphoma, and a few websites suggest this as a screening test -- but it's not. Focus on building a life for yourself.

What is the ?: Hereditary pancreatitis is a real problem. Related to the same genes as in cystic fibrosis. Ultimately structural changes in the pancreas lead to daily pain without enzyme rise. Avoid narcotics. See about celiac plexus block. If enzymes still go up, consider non-encapsulated pancreatic enzymes (high- dose) with every meal (and acid suppression) to minimize pain. Hope this helps.

If tested for, yes: Paxil (paroxetine) is not typically tested for in general physiological screenings like cbc, blood chemistry, urinalysis, etc.  However, if they're looking for specific drugs or medications they may do a screen focused on finding these.  If involved in a clinical trial, it's very important to inform the staff of other drugs you're taking, since these may invalidate the results!
