Dehydration?: It may be a sign of dehydration. Did you take any medicine or vitamins? Sometimes, though less likely, it can be an infection too.

Can be normal: Vitamins, foods, slight dehydration can produce dark urine. If persists, I would recommend a urinalysis test to be sure.
