Back pain/stomache p: If pain is on the RT side it could be kidney or liver. If on the LT it could be the LT kidney  This could be stones or an infection  You should have some lab tests done such as CBC,CMP,,urinalysis and possibly some XRays.   Also if you are in child's bearing age. And not on birth control this also needs to be checked

Hard to say: Need more history and need a physical exam.  Strongly suggest if symptoms persist you see a gastroenterologist in his office for evaluation.

You need to have: an "in person" visit to your Primary Care Provider.. Liver/Gallbladder testing may be necessary in addition to an examination of your urine!

See your doctor: You should see your doctor.  A test of the stool can make sure no bleeding in the intestinal tract is happening.  Stomach problems such as gastritis or ulcers could do this, as well as gallbladder problems.  May be able to be treated with simple medications.  Don't try to treat this yourself - call your doctor.

Question vague: Based on the information you have provided there is no reasonable way to even guess what is going on. If this continues and is severe go and see a doctor and let them examine and test you. Urine color and odor are often a result of dietary intake and have little to do with disease.

Hello. : Hello. First off, i cannot tell you the reason that you have microscopic blood in your urine.  When the blood in urine can only be seen with a microscope that is called microscopic hematuria.  There can be many causes, some of which are serious and others which will resolve with no treatment.  I do not know if you are a woman or a man. Women develop urinary tract infections more often than men so that are more likely to get hematuria. Hematuria can be the result of infections, inflammation or injury to the bladder, ureters, urethra or the kidneys.  Pain can be generated from kidney stones or urinary tract infections. Sometimes older people can have blood in the urine from cancer in the prostate gland or in the urinary tract.   Your cramps may or may not be associated with your hematuria. Please ask the doctor who ordered your urine test, how this correlates to your symptoms.  He or she is in the best position to figure this out.

Dark morning urine: Your dark urine in the morning is likely is concentrated. Which is why it is dark, as your kidneys were busy conserving water while you slept. If you had other conditions, your urine would be dark all the time you urinated.

See answer: The color of the urine is usually either a reflection of the state of your hydration (dehydration: dark urine); or due to a pigment from a dye in your food, vitamins (especially vit b2 riboflavin- orange urine), or medication causing discoloration; or sometimes blood in your urine coming from the kidneys (dark brown or red). I suspect the former two causes and not the latter cause in your case.
