Hi i have a question i'm having back and stomach pain and some dark urine what could it be?

Back pain/stomache p: If pain is on the RT side it could be kidney or liver. If on the LT it could be the LT kidney This could be stones or an infection You should have some lab tests done such as CBC,CMP,,urinalysis and possibly some XRays. Also if you are in child's bearing age. And not on birth control this also needs to be checked

Follow up needed: This could be a urinary tract infection. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Need to see a Physician.
