Abdominal ache: You are describing the area over your spleen. Ask your doc to examine you carefully. There are myriad causes for an enlarged spleen, unfortunately none of them good. Get it checked out soon!

Several things: Unfortunately with skin conditions, it is always best for us to see and feel the lesions to help make a proper diagnosis.  Best to see your doctor for an appropriate evaluation. Yes: In case your fatty liver causes enlargement of your liver this might cause some discomfort in that particular area especially with some movements or running, so you need to check your liver's size. But there are other causes of discomfort in that area like gallbladder stones, etc. I recommend you to seek a medical check.

Gas can get trapped : Gas can get trapped under diaphragm causing sharp intermittent pain.  Other possibilities might be splenic enlargement from some cause, or inflammation around the lung. It would be helpful to document any relationship to eating or your activity level.

Costochondritis: Sharp rib cage pain is usually cartilage irritation (costochondritis).  It is painful but harmless.  That being said, any persistent pain should be evaluated
