It depends: what kind of "dark spot" it is.  If it is a benign cyst, nothing more may need to be done.  If it is indeterminate, you may need a contrast enhanced ct or mri for further evaluation.

Need to see image: Can't really give a definite answer without seeing the study. A round, solid black spot could be a cyst. You also might have seen blood vessels in cross section. Could be any number of things. What did the report say? You should just ask your doctor.

It depends: 'liver spot' is an old-fashioned term which refers to sun spots or sun damage on the skin.  They have nothing to do with the liver. Sun spots or lentigos are usually benign, but if the pigment is very dark, they can be malignant and should be examined by a dermatologist.

Not possible: To say without seeing the images and knowing history/symptoms. The report should describe abnormal findings and provide a presumptive cause for any abnormalities seen.

May be nothing ...: This may just be a benign area in the liver.  There are several things which can develop - cysts, benign tumors (adenoma, focal nodular hyperplasia).   The MRI should help tell what this may be.  Liver cancer is rare if there is no cirrhosis in the liver.  Hang in there.

: If you are drinking alcohol at 9 years of age, a dilated gallbladder is the least of your problems. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
