Lines on nail?: Sometimes minor trauma to the thumb can cause bleeding at the base of the nail - this can lead to a line forming on the nail as it grows.

Pigment: Thisispigment from a mole qt base of nail. If there're multiple this is family charcteristic. However if there is only one it coukd rarely be a sign of a melanoma under the nail. That diagnosis requires a biopsy.

Spots: You possibly cam in contact with some sort of material "peeling a fresh walnut", or other chemicals yesterday. If not then get it checked.

Concern not worry: Sometimes color changes a bit when tissue has been robbed of it's blood supply.  I would not worry unless you developed signs of infection such as redness, swelling, warmth, discharge, red streaking up your arm, or fever.

Raynaud's: It's a new one for me, but I'm guessing you are thin and possibly have low blood pressure.  It's more common with breastfeeding but can occur without.  See http://www.healthboards.com/boards/raynauds-syndrome/845667-raynauds-vasospasm-without-breast-feeding.html .  You should probably be checked for autoimmune disease such as Scleroderma or Lupus, but the syndrome can happen without illness.

i have clear singularly bumps that pop up one at a time on different fingers. they are small, painful when brushed against, and have dark centers. when the bump clears itself the dark center stays. what could this be?

: It is best that you have it evaluated by a picture on a telemedicine forum or have a clinician evaluate if for you because most of the time the description is not as good as seeing it or a picture or video telemedical forum.
