Throat symptoms can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or other virus (antibiotics usually not used), allergies or irritants, sinusitis, stomach acid reflux, etc... Usually, a person sees the doctor if the throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep and to see if sinusitis might be a cause).

Doesn't sound viral: Presuming you were on appropriate antibiotics, it sounds like you have chronic sinusitis.  You might consider seeing an ear/nose/throat specialist (otorhinolaryngologist) to help determine if an anatomical issue such as a nasal polyp or a foreign body is responsible for the persistent infection. few days having left side fluctuating pain, now the pain is in my lower back, hard to go to the bathroom and my stool comes out diarrhea like and little amounts and it's a dark green mucus color. should i go to the hospital? uti test is negative?
