Thyroid: I doubt the IBS is involved. Menopause and thyroid disease are both possibilities though. See your doctor for testing.

Herpes: Herpes can break out anywhereinfection. What you are describing doesn't sound like herpes but a skin infection. You should see a dermatologist 
they can calm this problem down and help prevent future scarring.

Vulvar itching: Being a virgin makes a big difference. Most sexually-transmitted diseases can be ruled out if there has been no skin-to-skin contact. It could be skin irritation from colored, scented toilet paper, bubble bath or another product or soap or detergent used. It could be a yeast infection. Use unscented Dove soap, Dreft detergent, unscented, white toilet paper and all-cotton panties. Monostat cream

Difficult to say: Even the tip of the penis can cause a woman to get pregnant. If you've missed your period, which it sounds like you have, then you want to check a pregnancy test. The spotting is difficult to say... Maybe due to hormonal changes. Maybe it was a precursor bleed and you'll have a full period any day now. Check a test now, and make sure not pregnant.

Check hair lineshowr: You can tell by shower hair count&gt;100 hairs. If you are not eating right that may be cause: Iron and zinc In redmeat, excess major stress, or a post op state. A light tug on hair may show 5 hairs or more which is telegon effluvium, and can improve if certain meds, iron etc are stopped and iron started.
