Likely nothing: It is most likely mittelschmerz, which is a little spotting midcycle.  The theory is, when ovulation occurs (at midcycle) there can be a little bit of blood loss when the egg (ovum) is released.  It is not something to be concerned about. The dark color of the blood is a result of a slower rate of bleeding, which then  forms clots and then gets expelled from the vagina at a slower rate than at the beginning of the cycle.  It usually does not represent anything harmful.  If it continues, seek medical consultation to determine the cause.

Unrelated: The spotting after your period is likely unrelated to the sex you had 2 weeks ago.  If you had unprotected intercourse 2 weeks ago and then had a period, you're likely not pregnant.  The fact that you had this breakthrough bleeding or residual period bleeding is unrelated.  If you want to have more predictable cycles, a birth control pill can help with that as it will stop breakthrough bleeding.
