are there lazer treatments for repairing damaged toenail beds? i broke my toe four years ago and damaged the nailbed and the toe nail has never been able to grow all the way back.

The : The only treatment that I am aware of involves a surgery where your nail bed is reconstructed by surgically grafting parts from other fingers or toes nail beds. Honestly, I do not know a lot about this procedure but i wanted to inform you there is a possible way to fix the nail. You should consult a podiatrist for a consultation and to discuss all your options.

ANY TRAUMA?: Did you have any injury to the finger nail? How many fingers are involved - just one or all.  Do you take multivitamins regularly? Is there any fungal infection?  Need to see  a dermatologist for examination.

my nails are extremely weak and soft, they never grow if they grow a little bit i can easily bend and cut them with finger. i even like to remove pinky toe nail from nail bed whenever it grows. is it a kind of abnormality? how should i cure it?

Soft/weak nails: Other than nutritional issues, topical detergents, excess exposure to a variety of products, and moisture. See a doc to get  evaluated for any number of conditions that can be causative.

Green black nail: Nails should be the same color on your hands and feet; green black color may mean that there is a fungal infection or a Bacterial infection.  Nonetheless, you should seek the help she f a Podiatrist who would remove the nail and start you on an antifungal and antibiotic to help your problem.

The : The short answer to your question is no, there is really nothing over the counter that you can put on your toe to make this issue resolve permanently.

The issue you had 5 years ago is resolved and should not be contributing at all to your current problems.

Based on your history, i would recommend you see a podiatrist (foor specialist) because it seems that there may be a recurrent mechanical re-injury to cause your toe to re-inflame.

Depends: Depends on what you mean by "dips."  if you have little hollowed-out pits or craters, these could be part of a skin inflammation such as psoriasis.

Run around ?: Sounds as if you may have had what is, as a dull "running around".  The medical term is paronychia and it is a good thing that it "burst" as if you had a presented to the dr. With this problem he would've opened it surgically.  Soak in antiseptic soap such as betadine.  Use otc antibiotic ointment.  If redness or swelling persists or starts moving up pain see a doctor.  Love to see picture.
