Gastric problem: This may be something like gastric reflux but one or two other problems may exist. Please see your primary care physician who I am sure will be able to get down to the bottom of your complaint.

Motion sickness: A taxi ride that gives you motion sickness needs to be investigated by your doctor.  There are several possibilities as to cause.  You may be referred to a specialist.  Peace and good health.

Could you be: Pregnant? If not your thyroid could be off but you need to see your doc for a thorough evaluation to determine the cause. Hope you feel better. Thick white vaginal fluid could be normal for where you are in your cycle. Be sure to mention it to your doc too.

Am nausea: Morning nausea which doesn't occur during the rest of the time may be due to delayed emptying of the stomach from food ingested in the hours before bedtime. I assume you test your morning blood sugar and it is under control and not the cause of the nausea. Try to avoid going to bed with food in your stomach and avoid greasy foods.If symptoms persist, consult a gastroenterologist.

Possibly: Acid reflux can be a possible cause of early morning nausea in children.  Many people with reflux experience worsening symptoms upon lying down and thus have pain/ nausea during the night or upon wakening.  Allergic rhinitis is just another possibility.  The pooling of mucus when lying down can cause a person to feel nauseaus upon awakening.
